These types of fountains/splash-pads are EVERYWHERE in Singapore. They're generally free fun for little ones, and Linna loves playing in them! This splash-pad is at our friends' (The Legg family) condo on the East Coast. We met them the first week we moved to Singapore, and have been friends ever since! Max (3), Lottie (1.5), and Linna (2) really enjoy spending time together, even though we now live on opposite coasts of this little island known as Singapore:)
